First I must accentuate that you must have an US Apple ID.
I use 3 sites from where I make money and I spend for iTunes Gift Cards and then I buy games or apps.
To start earning credit you must follow these steps:
1.Click on the site (it's available just from your iDevice and use Safari by all means).
